Job Full Description
Our Client is a local metal fabrication company seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Painter to join their team. This position involves preparing and painting metal parts using a new, modern paint booth. They are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to work every day. $17-$18 to start M-F 7am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities:

Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking)

Apply industrial coatings and paints to fabricated metal parts

Operate and maintain spray equipment and paint booth

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Follow safety procedures and shop standards

Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:

Prior industrial or manufacturing painting experience required

Experience with spray painting metal parts preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
