Job Full Description
Our Client is a local metal fabrication company looking for a reliable and experienced MIG Welder to join their production team. This role involves welding metal components and assemblies according to specifications in a fast-paced shop environment. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in clean, consistent welds and dependable attendance. Pay is $17+ based on experience. M-F 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components

Read and interpret basic blueprints and weld symbols

Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed

Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow shop safety standards and procedures
Requirements:

Prior MIG welding experience required

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop preferred

Ability to read basic prints and measurements

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
