Job Full Description
Our client in Rockford is looking reliable packagers to join their team! They specialize in packaging for a variety of products. Standard hours are M-F 7am-3:30pm, however currently there is required OT until 4:30 and Saturdays from 6am-10am. Remember NO TAX ON OT!!!
Responsibilities:
- Learn to glue and assemble products
- Package finished materials
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Perform basic math for measurements and production
- Assist with a variety of production tasks as needed
- Maintain quality while meeting production goals
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt and switch between tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
