1st Shift General Labor
Join a growing steel fabrication company in Loves Park! Our client is seeking a dependable Production Associate to assist with priming steel products for paint, operating punch presses, material handling, and general shop duties. M-F 4AM-2:30PM. $20+ BOE
Responsibilities:
- Prime steel products for painting
- Operate punch press and other fabrication equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
