• 1st Shift Warehouse & Operations Supervisor

  Rockford, IL | Direct Hire | Full-Time

  A growing manufacturing company with multiple locations is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production support operations. This is a great opportunity with a stable company offering excellent benefits and competitive pay.

  Pay & Schedule

  • $30+ per hour, based on experience
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Full-time, direct hire

  Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse and production employees
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations
  • Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and raw materials
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and safety
  • Operate forklifts and ensure safe material handling
  • Complete daily reports and warehouse documentation
  • Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams
  • Ensure safety, quality, sanitation, and production standards are followed
  • Support continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Work hands-on with the team to keep operations running smoothly

  Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food/feed production, or a related industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or raw materials preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or food/feed industry experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
