Express Employment Professionals in Bloomington, IL is hiring for an Account Executive to join their team! This is a great career opportunity for someone who enjoys outside sales, building strong relationships, and helping local businesses succeed.
Below are the key responsibilities for this opening:

Connect with 20–25 businesses daily to build and maintain relationships

Secure appointments with company decision-makers on a regular basis

Partner with the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations at community events

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop plans for account growth and development

Work with the leadership team to build business strategies and drive results

Take on additional responsibilities within the operation as needed
The starting salary for this position is $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on prior skills and work experience. Bonus potential is significant, and we are open to negotiating for the right candidate!
Qualifications we’re looking for:

Previous B2B sales or account management experience preferred
