Community focus minded company, that that focuses on the development and stimulation of individuals with development, physical, and mental disabilities is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join the team!!!
The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the various properties and their systems/equipment. This may include troubleshooting/repairing malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, conducting routine inspections, and more! Overall, the Facility Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall functionality of facilities.

- Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday 7am-3:30pm

Skills for success
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, auto and electrical
- Minimum 2 years experience in facilities maintenance/management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to keep detailed notes
- Keep a clean and organized work area
