Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Central Illinois (On-Site)
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year

We are actively seeking an Accounting Manager who is ready to lead client engagements and mentor staff, with a clear path to Partnership within approximately three years for the right individual.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage a team of accountants, auditors, tax preparers, and bookkeepers

Lead the completion of tax filings, audits, and accounting services for a diverse client base (individuals, small businesses, corporations, non-profits, municipalities, and more)

Serve as a key point of contact for clients and help build long-term relationships

Report directly to the firm’s Partners and participate in strategic planning

Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction across all services
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

CPA license or CPA eligibility strongly preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax
-
Confident, driven, and client-focused leader

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
