Are you looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role that offers training and growth opportunities? Express is helping one of Springfield's largest production facilities find eager, hardworking individuals to join their team as Wiring/Soldering Technicians!
Pay: Up to $17/hour, plus training opportunities to receive future raises
Schedule: Day shifts available, 7am - 3:30pm!
What You’ll Do
- Install wire according to wire strapping diagram.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure top-notch accuracy and quality
- Solder small components to circuit boards
- Fasten connections by bolting, screwing, soldering, or plugging using small hand tools.
What We're Looking For
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Attention to detail and a desire to keep learning and growing
- Ability to distinguish between wire colors including blue, green, red, and black.
