Now Hiring: Press Operator – Full-Time, Permanent Position
We are looking for a Press Operator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position involves operating shears, presses, and stamping machines to fabricate metal components used in the construction of secure metal structures.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: 40–50 hours/week — never less
What You’ll Do:

Operate shears, presses, and stamping machines

Move, stack, and load materials

Fabricate metal pieces to construct metal safe houses

Load scrap into trucks using a forklift
-
Move sheet metal across work tables and into machines
-
Push, bend, and slide materials into position
-
Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds (not all day)

Support other departments as needed — flexibility is important
What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to learn multiple tasks and work in different shop areas

Forklift experience (loading scrap and materials)
-
Experience with presses and shears is a plus
-
Welding experience is a bonus

Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work in a physical environment
