Looking to take your accounting and operations skills to the next level? A well-established Central Illinois company is seeking a Business Manager to join their leadership team!

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

What you’ll do:

• Manage accounts payable & receivable

• Oversee fleet operations and mileage tax compliance

• Prepare and review financial statements

• Handle monthly sales & use tax filings

• Lead HR functions: onboarding, benefits, terminations

• Contribute to overall operational efficiency and business decisions

What we’re looking for:

• Accounting experience

• Microsoft Excel skills

• HR experience is a plus
