Responsibilities
• Process and approve vendor invoices
• Review customer billing costs
• Resolve AP discrepancies and credits
• Enter cost and sales corrections
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Support internal billing and AP requests
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• AP or accounting experience preferred
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
