We’re looking for a friendly, organized Intake Coordinator to help welcome clients, answer phones, and keep intake appointments running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person in an office, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:

Scheduling intake appointments and completing intake interviews

Helping clients fill out forms and gathering required documents

Sharing information about other resources or assistance when needed

Answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls

Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person
What we’re looking for:

Someone warm, patient, and comfortable talking with people

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to juggle a few tasks at once

Office, front desk, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
