Accounts Receivable Processor (AR Specialist / Accounting Clerk)
📍 Springfield, IL | 💲 $19/hour | 🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

Post customer payments and maintain accurate receipt records

Prepare and process deposits using an online system

Perform data entry related to accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile payment information and resolve discrepancies

Support daily accounting and finance operations

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing
