What You’ll Do

Provide accurate offline quotes to support Inside Sales agents

Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns

Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up on campaign activity

Navigate and operate multiple internal systems simultaneously

Maintain data accuracy and process integrity

Track and document quoting activities and campaign support tasks

Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills

Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales-driven environments

Familiarity with CRM platforms or quoting software
