About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scanner to support a state contract project in Springfield. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling documents in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize documents accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files according to project specifications
- Ensure data integrity and attention to detail in all scanned materials
- Follow project procedures and guidelines closely
