We’re hiring an Occupancy Specialist to manage housing applications, determine eligibility, and guide individuals through the move-in process—right down to handing over the keys.

What You’ll Do
- Process applications + manage caseload
- Verify eligibility + calculate income/percentages
- Communicate decisions clearly (both approvals & denials)
What You Need
- 2+ years in Social Work, Case Management, or related field
- Strong math skills (assessment required)
- Typing 40+ WPM (testing required)
