Purchasing Manager

🕒 M–F | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💰 Up to Six Figures (DOE)

We’re hiring an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement, ensure pricing accuracy, and manage vendor relationships. Ideal for a seasoned professional ready to step into a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and issue purchase orders
Verify materials for price & quantity accuracy
Perform invoice, bid, and PO comparisons
Ensure purchases stay within budget
Communicate with vendors on invoices, shipping, and order status
Maintain accurate records and identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

5+ years purchasing/procurement experience
Background as Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Materials Manager preferred
Plex ERP experience a strong plus
Detail-oriented with strong communication & vendor management skills
