The Opportunity: Attitude > Experience
Are you a natural leader who loves getting your hands dirty? We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our facility operations and guide a dedicated, close-knit team of 4 maintenance staff members.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Empower Your Team: Lead, mentor, and supervise a fantastic 4-person maintenance crew.

Keep Things Moving: Establish, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot & Fix: Use your technical know-how to diagnose mechanical issues and handle general facility repairs.

Champion Safety: Develop and maintain top-tier safety programs to ensure everyone goes home safe every day.

Bridge the Gap: Act as the go-to communicator, keeping both your team and senior management aligned on project updates and plant needs.
What You Bring to the Table:

Leadership Baseline: At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing people.

Handy Expertise: Solid proficiency with hand tools, power tools, mowers, and general industrial machinery.

Education & Muscle: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and the physical ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
