Machine Operator
Location: Springfield, IL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, all 3 shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic printing machines
-
Ensure machinery is running properly and ready for production
-
Pull materials and load jobs into production equipment
-
Place raw materials into machines for printing operations
-
Monitor machine performance and production quality
-
Follow safety and quality procedures
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and quality
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Reliable attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements:

Stand for the duration of the shift
-
Frequent walking and movement throughout the facility

Moderate lifting of 30-50 pounds
-
Bending, crouching, reaching, stretching, and repetitive hand movements
-
Ability to manipulate small objects and materials
