Accounting and Finance Recruiter
Location: Springfield, IL
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year DOE + Commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite

Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary of $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience
• Commission incentive program with a fast path to earning approximately $65,000+ annually

What You'll Do:
• Recruit, interview, and place accounting and finance professionals with top employers throughout Central Illinois
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, referrals, networking, and our applicant tracking system
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and job matching activities
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide career advice
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our database
• Collaborate with the recruiting and business development teams to meet placement goals
• Stay informed on local hiring trends, compensation expectations, and workforce needs
Qualifications:
• Previous recruiting experience required
• Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, professional recruiting, or human resources preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and online sourcing tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
