What You'll Do
- Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases
- Request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation
- Maintain accurate, organized case files and legal documentation
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, demand packages, and reports
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with litigation prep and trial support
- Track case deadlines to keep everything moving on schedule
- Use legal case management software to keep records accurate and current
What You'll Bring
- Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience is a plus
- Personal injury or litigation experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with medical records, insurance claims, and case files
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal software
- A professional, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment around confidentiality
