Mortgage Loan Processor — Springfield, IL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Up to $22.00/hour

What You'll Do
- Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
- Order and verify third-party documentation, including credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and employment verifications
- Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and help clear conditions for final approval
- Keep borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents updated on file status in a clear, professional way
- Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and mortgage industry regulations
What You'll Bring
- Mortgage processing, banking, administrative, or finance experience is a plus
- High accuracy in reviewing financial documents and data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great time management and multitasking skills to meet closing deadlines
