Industrial Maintenance Technician

What You'll Love

What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial components
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
- Perform basic alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive system maintenance
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards and procedures
What You'll Bring
- Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance environment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and power transmission
- Basic understanding of PLC systems (programming or advanced troubleshooting preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekend rotations as needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certifications or trade school degree a plus
