What You'll Do
- Process and manage full-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, and benefit allocations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support audits and reporting related to payroll and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity
- Respond to employee payroll questions promptly and professionally
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- Payroll or accounting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
