Janitorial Associate — Springfield, IL
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $18.00/hour

What You'll Do
- Clean bathrooms and manage trash and cardboard breakdown
- Stock and fill supply bins for the shop
- Run errands and pick up/deliver supplies and parts, including local trips with a company truck and trailer
- Pull weeds and handle snow and ice removal as needed
- Unload trucks and use a forklift
- Learn the parts and warehouse systems to support the shop team
- Take initiative and manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
What You'll Bring
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing/pulling, walking, bending, and stooping
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
- An easygoing, proactive personality
- Comfortable using a forklift and dollies (training available)
