6-Month Contract | Up to $25.00/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve common desktop and application problems
- Support users in person, by phone, by email, and through a ticketing system
- Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate
- Provide timely, professional, customer-focused support
What You'll Bring
- Help desk, desktop support, or other technical support experience is welcome
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and common business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- IT-related education, certifications, or technical training are a bonus
