What You'll Do
- Oversee a transitional shelter serving about 9 mothers and families
- Complete client intakes and address critical needs first, including physical, dental, and mental health
- Work through each family's program checklist and keep them on track toward graduating from the program within six months
- Hold clients accountable with compassion and clear boundaries
- Drive a company van to appointments as needed
