A Day in This Role
- Get hands-on training running CNC mills and lathes to make precision parts
- Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete each job correctly

- Keep your machine and work area clean and well-maintained
- Help with tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Work safely and follow quality standards on every job
Who We're Looking For
- Anyone with a high school diploma or GED — required

- Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented work
- A background in factory work or hands-on mechanical tasks is a definite plus
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
