Loan Servicing Representative – Springfield, IL

Keep a local bank’s loans accurate and its customers happy. In this role, you’ll review loan documentation, help customers by phone, and process daily servicing tasks like payoffs. It’s a great fit for a detail-minded problem solver who enjoys helping people.

What You’ll Do
- Review new and renewed loans to make sure coding and documentation are accurate
- Answer customer questions as part of the Loan Servicing phone queue
- Process daily loan servicing tasks, including payoffs and other servicing requests
- Pull reports and use filters in Excel to keep work on track
- Handle data entry accurately
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook (data entry and pulling reports is a plus)
- Customer service and office experience are welcome
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good judgment and reliable, predictable attendance
