Supply & Janitorial Associate
Springfield, IL | $18/hr
Looking for a self-starter who likes staying busy and learning new things. Join an equipment company where you can start in an entry-level role and build real skills in the shop, the warehouse, and beyond.
What You’ll Love
- $18/hr
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

- Variety all day, including time out on local runs in a company truck
What You’ll Do
- Keep the shop clean and stocked: restrooms, trash, and filling supply bins
- Break down cardboard boxes and keep things organized
- Run local parts pickups and deliveries around Springfield with a company pickup and trailer
- Take care of the grounds, including pulling weeds and clearing snow and ice
- Learn to run parts for the shop team and pitch in around the warehouse, including unloading trucks and using a forklift
- Work from task lists and tackle several jobs at once
What You’ll Bring
- A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR, and comfort making local deliveries
- Initiative: you ask what's next and stay busy
- An easygoing attitude and the ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Mechanical inclination is a plus
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items, and to walk, bend, and stoop throughout the day
