Boat Mechanic / Winterization Technician

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: First Shift

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Boat Mechanic / Winterization Technician to join our team. This position focuses on winterizing boats, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vessels for seasonal storage. Candidates should have hands-on marine mechanical experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Winterize inboard and outboard boat engines and related systems
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Prepare boats for off-season storage and spring launch
• Operate boats safely when needed for testing or positioning
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Previous boat mechanic or marine maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating boats
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Own tools preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
