Overnight Dispatcher

What You’ll Love
- $18/hr
- Overnight shifts, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM, Sunday and Monday–Thursday
- Plenty of overtime potential, and it’s never mandatory

What You’ll Do
- Take private and 911 calls for ambulance service
- Log all contacts and times in the software system
- Switch out ambulance assignments for upcoming shifts
- Keep the dispatch area tidy with light housekeeping: sweeping, mopping, and dusting (no bathrooms)
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma
- Empathy, a team-player attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Punctuality and a good attitude
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and shift quickly from slow to busy
- Comfort with computers, including basic Excel
- Medical knowledge, CNA or EMT experience, or dispatch experience is a plus, but none is necessary
- Knowledge of emergency vs. non-emergency calls is a plus
