Warehouse Team Lead
A company in Columbus is looking to add a warehouse team lead to their team.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working and leading others.

- Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 4pm

Job Duties:
- Ensure production associates follow all safety procedures.
- Assist the supervisor with assignments for associates.
- Make sure there are no stoppages of production.
- Proactively move material in and out of workstations to ensure minimum production down time.
- Maintain a positive respectful manner towards all associates.
- Help train associates who are new and or needing help with production rats.
Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have knowledge of all production work cells and demonstrate proficiency in work content.
