Emily Bogue

Director of Business Development

With a background in community engagement and business development in various industries, Emily graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in French from the University of Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering as a Girl Scout leader, coaching youth sports, and serving in youth ministry at her church. Starting with Express in 2014, Emily wore many hats over the years before being promoted to the Business Development Area Manager. Emily strives to serve companies and associates in south-central Indiana. "I feel like my job truly can help change lives! I want to help companies with their challenges and help our associates find their next great place to work."

Outside of the office, Emily loves spending time with her family and their dog. When she's not cheering her kids on in sports and other school activities, you can find her reading a good book, unwinding at a coffeehouse, or spending time outdoors.

Bob Schafstall

Business Development Specialist

With an extensive background in many different professional roles, Bob brings a wide variety of experience to our Express Columbus team. With years of experience as the Membership Director at the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, he has a deep understanding of the business community in south-central Indiana. Bob and his family are very excited to be back home in Columbus where he has always enjoyed investing in our community, connecting with local businesses, and helping others succeed.

Bob was born and raised in Columbus. He played baseball at Columbus North High School and then went on to graduate from Purdue University. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Reds, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Heather and has two kids along with two golden doodles! Bob really enjoys working with people to create positive outcomes and has a passion for creating relationships and providing businesses with the tools they need to succeed.

Erin Ricke

Director of Specialized Recruiting

Erin has been with the Greenwood office since it opened in 2005. Prior to holding her title of Business Development Specialist, she was the Senior Employment Specialist for the Industrial Team. She graduated from University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's focusing in communication. Erin currently resides in Whiteland with her husband and two boys. In her spare time, her family enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching/playing various sports!

Erin Pardue

Operations & Marketing Manager

Erin is a proud graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Marketing. She started her career in the Marketing department at a local casino where she gained experience in advertising, direct mail, promotions and database management. Erin started with us in 2012 managing all marketing & recruiting efforts for the Indianapolis South and Columbus offices, covering 7 counties in south central Indiana. She now manages all of the operations out of our Indy South office for Light Industrial, Marketing and Front Office.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, all things IU (but mostly basketball!) and being outdoors with her family. Erin lives in her hometown of Indianapolis with her husband Josh and her daughters Maggie and Alaina.

Blake Williams

Marketing Coordinator

Blake is a proud graduate of Franklin College with a degree in Public Relations and Business. After college, he worked at two local radio groups where he gained experience in marketing, sales, and event planning. Blake's responsibilities as Marketing Coordinator include digital marketing, media relations, maintaining the website, and event planning for the Indianapolis South and Columbus offices. FPS shooters, disconnecting with a run, and appreciating local beer fill his time between keyboard clicks. Attending every NBA arena is on his bucket list!

Nikki Perkins

Recruiting & Account Specialist

Nikki, born and raised in Edinburgh, joined our Express family in 2018 and has been a vital member of our team ever since. Prior to Express, Nikki received her B.A. in Human Resources and A.A. in Business. In her role as a Sr. Employment Specialist, Nikki said, “I love being able to help make a match between an associate and client to help them both find the right fit! I love helping people and being able to make a difference!”

Outside of Express, Nikki loves spending time with her husband Garan, their 2 daughters, and their 3 cats! She enjoys coaching cheerleading, watching IU basketball, and cheering her daughters on in cheer, basketball, and volleyball. She also enjoys volunteering for her hometown’s bantam football program.

Brianna Stroup

Recruiting & Account Specialist

Brianna is proudly from Hope, IN and graduated from IUPUC with a B.A. in Business Management. She joined our Express family in 2018 and said, “I am grateful and excited about the opportunities to come from working here.” Bri is an Employment Specialist on our Light Industrial team where she helps both clients and job seekers with their employment needs.

Outside of work, Brianna loves going to the dirt track with family and friends. She loves any type of racing and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys playing softball and volleyball. Bri’s favorite quote is, "Try to be a rainbow in someone else's cloud."

Kaci Wheat

Recruiting & Account Specialist

Kaci was born and raised in Greenwood but recently moved to Columbus with her family. She graduated from Vincennes University with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and brings experience in customer service/management to our team. She said her favorite part about her previous positions were taking care of the customer and being able to help someone have a better day.

She played volleyball and softball growing up, and was a 10-year 4H member showing horses, cattle, dogs, doing shooting sports and sport fishing! In her spare time, she loves reading and working with horses and dogs. She also loves video games. Her and her family have 7 dogs and 1 horse!

Jackie Mouser

Front Office Coordinator

Jackie is a proud 2024 graduate of Indiana University Columbus, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business with a double major in Finance and Management. Over the past three years, Jackie honed her customer service and administrative skills through part-time and internship roles, which prepared her well for her position as Front Office Coordinator. She brings a positive, organized, and helpful presence to the front desk and is often the first friendly face to greet our associates and clients.

Born and raised in Columbus, Jackie is excited to start her career in the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Jackie is passionate about helping others and is excited to contribute to the mission of Express in making a difference in people’s lives.

Shannon Price

Front Office & Business Administrator

Shannon grew up in Minnesota before living in the beautiful Rocking Mountains of Colorado for a stint. After moving to Indiana, her and her husband Rich of 18 years feel this is home. Shannon brings a customer service, support and administrative background to our team. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Normandale Community College along with 4 years of theological study. When asked about working at Express, Shannon said, "Searching and applying for a job can be challenging today and I am blessed to assist our job seekers in helping smooth out that process." Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys cooking for others, nature, needlework, and animals. She loves spending time with her husband and their chocolate lab mix rescue named Maggie.
