Company Information: A company in Columbus is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team!

Accounts Payable Specialist's Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30AM – 4:30PM
- Overtime as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist's Job Duties & Requirements:
- Receiving and sorting supplier invoices, segregating and tracking in the system
- Provide backup coverage for employee expense reporting
- Ensure proper approval for non-inventory invoices
- Accurately input data into system and make sure coding and allocation are correct for appropriate accounts
- Reconcile statements with invoices
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- JD Edward software experience is a plus but not required
- Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High School Dip/GED required
