Job Full Description
Company Information: A company in the Columbus, Indiana area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Customer Service Associate:
- Will help out in a variety of ways including entering customer information and orders, taking all incoming calls from customers and troubleshooting issues.
- Will also assist with pulling and picking products, filling out bills of lading, and a variety of other basic warehouse duties.
- Will process customer EDI, and process orders through SAP/M2M
- Will monitor customer portals for multiple compliances
Customer Service Associate's Pay:
- $18.50/HR
- Benefits available upon hire-on!
Customer Service Associate's Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 6:30AM - 3PM
Customer Service Associate's Requirements:
- Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must!
- The Customer Service Representative must have experience with SAP and be comfortable creating spreadsheets and using formulas in Excel.
- The ideal candidate will have a forklift license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience with comprehensive inventory system.
- Prefered but not required Oracle experience and APICS certification.
