Holiday Pay:
Express offers holiday pay to replace lost wages. If a holiday falls on a scheduled work day for you or your client company, and your client company is closed on that holiday, you qualify for pay if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

  • you work 900 hours in a rolling 26 week period ending one full week prior to the holiday week
  • you are on an Express assignment the week of the holiday
  • you are in a paid status for both the scheduled workdays before and after the holiday

Pay for the holiday will be up to 8 hours, depending on your regularly scheduled work day, at the regular hourly rate of your current assignment. Express recognizes six paid holidays per year:

  1. New Years Day
  2. Memorial Day
  3. Independence Day
  4. Labor Day
  5. Thanksgiving
  6. Christmas

Benefits Available to Express Associates

Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan:

Covers the most common, day-to-day medical needs at an affordable price with no deductible or copays. This plan pays a flat amount for each covered service and, if the covered service costs less than what the plan pays, the Associate keeps the difference.

Additional Ancillary Benefits include:

  • Term Life Insurance (including dependents)
  • Short-Term Disability
Major Medical Offering:

Express offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) to eligible Associates.* The Express ICHRA allows associates to purchase an individual ACA-qualified Major Medical plan from a State or Federal Marketplace and be reimbursed a portion of the self-only premium based on the lowest-cost Silver Plan available in each zip code and the rate of pay that is set by the ACA Affordability Safe Harbor guidance.

Associates have the opportunity to participate in the Express Employment Professionals 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan offered through BOK Financial.

Employee Assistance Program:

Associates have access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides a variety of support tools, including confidential counseling services, financial advice, and wellness resources. This program is designed to help you navigate personal and professional challenges, ensuring you have the support you need to maintain a healthy and balanced life.
