Human Resources Business Partner
Shift: M-F, 8A–5P
Pay: $55-65K
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire
Duties
- Conduct HR Advising and consulting to customers
- Administer workers’ compensation plans
- Provide Guidance on HRIS as subject matter expert and competitive practices for customer implementation
- Research compensation data for clients using existing tool and assist in the creation of total compensation reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR-related experience; experience in multiple industries preferred
- Customer Service Oriented
- Knowledge of HRIS and can work well within different software’s
- Microsoft Office Suites experience
