Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8a-5p
Pay: $21/hr
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Evaluation Hire
Duties:
- Answer phones and direct calls to correct party
- Log customer orders in CRM
- Actively promotes and onboards customers to EDI (electronic ordering)
- Communicate with customers on all order updates
- Support inside Salespeople with communication to warehouse regarding orders shipped out of the warehouses
Qualifications:
- Data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Highschool diploma
- Proficiency is MS Office and CRM software
- Can perform as part of a team and prioritize tasks
