Duties:
- Understanding of insurance plans such as medical, dental, vision, HSA, Flex, disability and life plans.
- Educates new client groups on various benefit plans and assists with enrollment
- Assists with the open enrollment process including benefit material development, HRIS set-up, on-site education meetings and enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Previous benefits administration experience with medical, dental, disability, HSA, Flex products, preferably 3+ years
- Highly detail oriented with excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation skills - large groups and one-on-one
