Job Full Description
Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Shift: 2nd
Pay: $30-35/hr BOE
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire
Duties:
- Provide leadership and supervision
- Interface with team members on a daily basis and act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient and orderly workflow
- Coordinate workloads
- Inspect parts during the shift to verify specifications are being met
- Accurate and timely production reporting
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED - (Asociate's degree in technical field or equivalent education - Preferred)
- Previous Machining experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)
- Two years of Supervisory experience or training
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
- 5S training (preferred)
- Exposure to quality procedures (preferred)
