Construction Project Manager Needed!
Shift: 7a-4pm or 8a-5pm
Pay:$60-80k BOE
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Evaluation Hire
Duties:
-
Manage and maintain all construction project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and closeout materials
-
Coordinate project communication by scheduling meetings, distributing agendas and minutes, and liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
-
Support financial tracking and compliance by assisting with pay applications, subcontractor billing, invoices, permits, inspections, and regulatory documentation
Qualifications:
-
3–5+ years of experience in commercial construction administration with strong knowledge of construction processes and documentation

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
