Skilled Estimator Needed!
Shift:1st M-F 8am-5pm
Pay:$75-100k Negotiable
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire
Duties:
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates to ensure profitable projects.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
- Support project awards by evaluating pricing, margins, and timelines for design/build and tenant finish projects.
Qualifications:
- Construction estimating and cost analysis
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Strong analytical, math, and attention-to-detail skills
