Apartments Grounds Person
Job Summary:
- keep grounds picked up and neat
- spread salt and help with snow removal
- make sure common areas are clean
- minor maintenance (light bulbs, touch up paint, unlock doors)
Location: Indianapolis, IN East
Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15/Hr
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p
Qualifications:
- willingness to work in and out of weather
- able to physically handle picking up trash/debris around community
- good attendance record and work ethic
