Experienced HR Manager Needed ASAP!
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay:$80-90k
Where: Greenfield/Muncie

Duties:
- Lead and manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and advising management on HR matters
- Oversee core HR operations such as benefits administration, workers’ compensation, FMLA/leave management, and compliance
- Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with employment law, FMLA, and workers’ compensation
- Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills
