HR Generalist Needed!
Shift: M-F 8a-5p
Pay: $62k Negotiable
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire
Duties:
-
Employee Relations & Support – Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and conducting new hire orientations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Compliance & HR Administration – Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and support benefits, payroll, and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
