Job Duties:

- Removing damaged materials (drywall, carpet, insulation)
- Cleaning debris and contaminated areas
- Using drying equipment and dehumidifiers
- Demolition and basic rebuilding
- Mold remediation support
- Moving furniture and protecting unaffected areas
Qualifications:
- Basic Construction Knowledge
- Ability To Lift Heavy Objects
- Attention To Safety
- Physically Demanding Position
