Warehouse Team Member
Now Hiring! This is a fast-paced, physically active position involving the selection, staging, and loading of beverage products.
Job Duties
- Operate a powered pallet jack or forklift to select and move products.
- Build and wrap pallets according to customer orders and load sheets.
- Stage completed pallets for loading.
- Check orders and paperwork for accuracy.
- Complete partial and mixed pallets and properly store products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Repeatedly lift and move product cases weighing approximately 20–45 lbs.
- High-volume, repetitive lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but may not be required.
- Forklift or powered pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Experience with pallet racking, loading/unloading, or order selecting is preferred.
- Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.
