Job Full Description
We are seeking skilled and adaptable Welder/Fabricators in the Liberal area.
Responsibilities include:

Fabricate and weld equipment and structures according to specifications.

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and hand sketches.
-
Visualize finished products and determine the appropriate fabrication approach.

Adapt to different projects, materials, and fabrication requirements.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
-
Travel occasionally to offsite projects, including overnight stays when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements

Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel.
-
Ability to read and understand blueprints and hand sketches.

Strong ability to visualize the finished product and work independently.

Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of fabrication projects.

Must successfully pass a fabrication/welding test.
-
Must have steel-toe boots and a 25-foot tape measure.
Schedule
-
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
-
Weekends and overtime as needed.
-
Occasional overnight travel to offsite projects may be required.
